Since its establishment in 1999, Atzmona’s produce has been sold in more than ten countries across Europe, providing different varieties of potatoes, carrots and sweet potatoes to some of the Continent’s leading supermarket, retail chains and packers.

Eitan is an agribusiness veteran with proven experience in various management positions in the agriculture industry. He has expertise in various aspects of the industry including sales, marketing strategy, sales management, agriculture and public speaking. Prior to joining Atzmona in 2019, Eitan served as the director of the vegetable department of Mehadrin Tanofort Exports, the largest citrus grower and exporter in Israel as well as other fruits and vegetables. He also worked as a field crop expert, product manager and agronomist. Eitan holds a bachelor's degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with an emphasis on plant protection and combined pesticides.
Ruth has been working with Atzmona since 2001, overseeing all export and import activities from Europe. She has a proven record of running logistics systems and implementing the company’s marketing and sales policies. Ruth oversees all activities related to exporting the company’s products to even the most challenging destinations, coordinating production, shipping and marketing.
Export Logistics and Cost Accountant
Shlomo is in charge of all accounting activities, including produce costs estimates and assessing each production step. In addition, he oversees all logistics activity, working with customs brokers and forwarding companies and coordinating shipments to the final customers, and supervising stocks at different warehouses abroad. Prior to joining Atzmona, Shlomo worked as portfolio manager at Menora Mivtachim Holdings and as a debt analyst. He holds a BA in Economics and Management from Sapir Collage.
